An 8-week hackathon hosted by sqrDAO, Lisk, and VBI — designed for Vietnamese developers who have ideas and want to bring them to life using the Lisk ecosystem.
This year’s focus is on three key tracks:
sqrDAO is the main organizer, leading the program design and coordination through its network and experience in running dev-focused events. Through available resources and networks, sqrDAO will help builders/founders access the best resources for BUIDL-ing.
sqrDAO is also working on a special program called VNBUIDL, aiming to incubate and empower Web3 builders from the Da Nang hub. More details will become available later.
VBI is working with Lisk Protocol to enable a comprehensive boot camp experience to support Vietnam developers to understand and approach the Lisk's infrastructure, and ultimately help project teams to bring new or existing products on to Lisk Layer2 ecosystem.

Lisk is committed to offering comprehensive support for all projects participating in our BUIDL-athon, extending far beyond simple technical assistance. We provide a wealth of educational resources via our partners: VBI Academy and SQRDAO, including hands-on workshops and expert-led sessions covering essential topics like Lisk L2 development, advanced blockchain concepts, etc. Direct technical assistance from the Lisk core team and dedicated mentors ensures smooth integration, smart contract development, and successful deployment on the Lisk network. Crucially, promising projects also gain access to potential grants and follow-on funding opportunities, alongside invaluable networking opportunities to connect with fellow builders, potential investors, and the vibrant Lisk community.
The BUIDL-athon runs from June 10 to July 20, featuring a series of workshops, mentoring sessions, and milestone check-ins.
